At Beautiful Outdoors, we strive to provide exceptional service and maintain clear communication with our customers. This Cancellation & Termination Policy outlines the conditions under which services may be canceled, suspended, or terminated by either party. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of any written agreement between the parties.
If a customer cancels a scheduled project, consultation, or service after work has begun, cancellation fees, administrative fees, or charges for completed work may apply.
Any deposits, retainers, or advance payments are subject to the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement and may be non-refundable.
Beautiful Outdoors reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment, failure to provide necessary access or information, safety concerns, or other material breaches of the service agreement.
Specific cancellation, refund, and termination terms will be provided in the customer’s signed contract or service agreement.
